A founding Forum premise is that businesses tend to address people issues in silos, with different approaches taken to address the motivation of customers, salespeople, operations and customer service personnel, and resellers, etc. People Performance Management views motivation as an integrated process that cuts across traditional organizational silos to get all critical personnel focused on what they can do to maximize customer satisfaction and achieve organizational goals.
